Terms of Use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Organo app ("Organo"), made by Code Bracket Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using Organo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Organo
Organo is for adults managing their own family's schedule. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.
2. What Organo does, and what it doesn't
Organo turns what you tell it into events, lists, tasks and reminders, using an AI model to interpret your words. AI can misunderstand. Organo shows you what it plans to save before saving it, and you should check that it is right.
Organo is a memory aid. It is not a substitute for your own judgement or supervision of your children, and it must not be relied on for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication, medical appointments or a child's safety. Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings, battery, connectivity and iOS, which we do not control.
3. Free month and subscription
- Organo is free for one month from the first time you open it. No payment details are needed for the free month.
- After that, a subscription is needed to keep using it. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If your subscription ends, nothing you saved is deleted, but the app stops working until you subscribe again.
4. Fair use
Each install has a daily limit on how many things can be interpreted, to keep the service affordable and stop abuse. Please don't misuse Organo: no attempts to access our servers other than through the app, to get around limits, to reverse engineer the service, or to use it for anything unlawful.
5. Your content
What you put into Organo is yours. It is stored on your device, and we only process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about other people, such as another parent sharing your household.
6. Our app
Organo, its design and its software belong to Code Bracket Pty Ltd. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for Organo or its support.
7. Changes and availability
We are improving Organo all the time and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice, and the data on your phone will remain yours.
8. Liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those guarantees and any other rights that the law does not allow us to exclude, Organo is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a missed or incorrect reminder. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
9. Ending
You can stop using Organo at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Organo after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
