Quick fixes

Reminders aren't arriving

iPhone Settings → Notifications → Organo: turn on Allow Notifications.
Check Focus modes and Do Not Disturb, which can hold notifications back.
Open Organo once. It refreshes the week's reminders every time it opens.

"Sign-in required" or nothing happens when I add something

Check you are online, then close and reopen the app.
If you reached the daily limit, it resets the next day.

Sharing to Organo doesn't work

In the share sheet, scroll the app row to the end, tap More, and turn Organo on.
After sharing, open Organo to confirm what it found.

My subscription isn't recognised

Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you paid with.
